191 Spring St

191 Spring Street is a private, low rise building with only two residential units plus commercial space below, located in SoHo.

In a 2002 alteration, Anthony Morali with his partner Michael Gadaleta completed the six story facade that added three stories to the initial row house as well as rearranged the interior. Morali and Gadaleta organized the space into a duplex, triplex, and ground floor commercial space. The apartment building utilizes stucco as the prime medium.

The building is shrouded in trees that provide shelter from the summer heat of Manhattan but in the winter, the large windows allow for sunlight to warm the space.

The apartments feature wood burning fireplaces, floor to ceiling windows, cathedral ceilings, and marble baths. The roof terrace overlooks Manhattan and has views of the Empire State Building.
