80 South Street
1,018 ft tall mixed used tower concept that incorporates environmentally friendly architectural elements. Morali Architects' zoning and design received the City Planning Certification in 2013 for Cord Meyer Development Company.
Dubai Za'abeel Park Tower
Entered as part of the Dubai Tall Emblem Structure Competition 2008, this building utilizes Morali Solar-EPV Solar Glass as the primary medium. The solar panels used in the design would have the ability to power all featured cafes, restaurants, and retail stores. It would operate on a 200 kwh system producing approximately $80,000 worth of electricity annually.

Bahamas Hotel
To have been located on Exuma Island in the Bahamas, the design of the hotel utilizes solar glass paneling as the main medium. This 300 room, waterfront hotel would have canopies, balconies, step down terraces as well as eat-in style kitchens and indoor pools.
