About us

With over 20 years of experience, Morali Architects has set a precedence within the realm of architecture. Anthony Morali is known for his work on the Rainbow Room in Rockefeller Center, Cipriani at 55 Wall Street, in Grand Central Terminal and SoHo, the original Bowery Bank as well as numerous other locations throughout Queens, Lower Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island.  Morali Architects specializes in renovating and restoring historic architecture, aspiring to preserve historical landmarks and resurrect them back into viable structures.

We also specialize in rezoning and transforming industrial properties into viable mixed use residential and waterfront environments. With an understanding of today's social and environmental matters, we have adapted in order to provide our clients with novel concepts involving solar integrated glass facades and roofs which become energy efficient buildings that have high spatial, emotional, and structural aesthetic. Our structure on 88 Laight Street in Tribeca, New York is a prime example of Morali Architects' philosophy, being that it was the first LEED certified gold building in New York State.
