Constructed in 2004, 7 Wooster St is a seven story building located in the Cast Iron Historic District of SoHo. Anthony Morali was able to attain approval from the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission for this apartment building. The lofts in the building have high ceilings and large windows, with some of the homes overlooking the cobble stone street.
