Settled minutes away from Ground Zero, 73rd Worth Street has a significant historical position in TriBeCa. From the late 1800s, this building was full of offices, one of which belonged to the famous businessman Augustus Juilliard.

The building eventually became government offices and ultimately, vacant until it was converted by Morali into residences (24 loft condominiums and a two story glass addition holding six penthouses). Therefore, 73 Worth Street is an example of Morali’s work in receiving landmark and historical approval as well as zoning in order to restore this white stone building into a luxury living space whilst maintaining the history of this structure.
