The Knickerbocker Bay Club is located in Port Washington and serves as a complex that provides adults (those aged 62 and older) with facilities and amenities to relax, participate in activities, and simply live. Residents enjoy the seaside location, open concept spaces as well as the multiple green areas, such as the rooftop deck which includes an outdoor kitchen and lounge chairs. The project was developed by Cord Meyer.
